The Training regime and schedule will vary depending on the time of the year. During the season, training is generally once a week and will consist of fitness, skills / drills and plays for the team members. At times, other more casual players will also be welcomed to join in on a pay-to-play basis.

At different times of the year, we may also offer circuit training for fitness, jogging / running groups in the evenings, and team member workouts at the local gym. For details of what is happening and when, feel free to get in touch with us.
